If the residency start date is less than 4 months away, the full amount is now due, if not it is possible to secure the booking with a payment of 500 euro.
If the deposit is applicable, that the full balance must be cleared 4 months before your arrival. All payments are non-refundble, however in some cases at our discretion we may allow you to postpone your stay or transfer to another time.
Insurance - Everybody joining us must have fully comprehensive travel insurance that provides coverage in the event you can’t attend you stay, in particular adequate medical coverage including Covid-19 related admissions and expenses, you are also advised to take out insurance that protects you should you have to cancel or re-arrange your trip.
