If the residency is less than 4 months away the full amount is now payable (895 euro). If the residency is more than 4 months away, you can make your reservation with the deposit (500 euro) . The full balance must be cleared 4 months before your arrival, if you would like to pay in instalments by bank transfer please contact us after your booking.
All payments are non-refudable, however in some cases at our discretion we may allow you to postpone your stay or transfer to another time.
Insurance - Everybody joining us must have fully comprehensive travel insurance that provides coverage in the event you can’t attend you stay, you are also advised to take out insurance that protects you should you have to cancel or re-arrange your trip.
