Insurance
Everybody joining us must have fully comprehensive travel insurance that provides coverage in the event you can’t attend you stay, in particular adequate medical coverage.
We strongly encourage to take out insurance that protects you should you have to cancel or re-arrange your trip. We recommend reviewing options such as World Nomads.
Passports and Visas
Participants must obtain the required Visas for France in good time and make sure that passports are valid for six months. Casa Julfa is not responsible for organising or assisting in Visas. Governing law.
Disputes
These T&Cs shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
